Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with prospective clients (retail, restaurants, pharmacies)
- Conduct product demos and presentations to business owners
- Convert leads and close sales of B2B software clients
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook/Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
- Create and manage email marketing contents
- Manage lead funnel using CRM and analytics tools
- Report performance metrics and suggest growth strategies
- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales or digital marketing
- Experience in SaaS, POS, or retail/restaurant tech preferred
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the Nigerian SME market is a plus
