Job summary

- Maintain accurate customer records, bookings, and service requests.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Maintain high service standards consistent with the hospitality industry.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in customer service within the event planning or hospitality industry.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be excel proficient.
