Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Make outbound calls to update customers on the status of their items and services
- Prepare and send invoices and service reports accurately and on time
- Follow up with clients on orders, payments, and collections
- Maintain clear, warm, and professional communication across all channels
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 4 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or administration
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident, eloquent, and professional communication style
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Comfortable and composed when speaking with clients on the phone
- Proficiency with WhatsApp Business and social media platforms is an advantage
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
