Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve high volumes of customer inquiries via phone, email, and Live Chat with speed and precision.
- Proactively identify customer needs during support interactions to cross-sell or up-sell services, directly contributing to monthly sales targets.
- Track, analyze, and prepare weekly/monthly reports on customer feedback, resolution rates, and sales conversions for management review.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a premium service experience that aligns with the firm's standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Live Chat software (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk), and MS Excel for data reporting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to maintain a professional tone under pressure.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets within a service environment.
- Must reside in Lagos.
