Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Researching materials and understanding social media and how to brief a social media agency will be part of the daily task.
- Develop and grow trade channels, execute and manage teams communicate, and negotiate with the management of targeted outlets.
- This candidate will be managing teams who handle the distribution of expensive drinks and must have proven integrity in a similar role.
- Oversees the overall sales objectives, goals, and revenue of all the teams and sales personnel.
- Driving the adoption of key Sales programs and providing feedback
- Undertaking external benchmarking - identifying and overseeing the implementation of sales management best practices
- Ensuring compliance with the sales governance processes and best practice
- Ensuring a robust and accurate outlook process at all times and shortfalls to plan identified and remedial actions carried out promptly
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a male candidate
- Candidate should be aged between 30 years and above
- Minimum of three (3) years in the sales industry, wines, spirits, or related business experience.
- The candidate must be able to work extended hours and travel around the country if necessary.
- A good understanding of the trades, on-con, off-con, modern trades, promotions, spirits, and wine business is necessary.
- Must be able to meet the set target
- Good computer and communication skills are needed particularly in PowerPoint, excel, and word.
- The ability to produce presentations for approval will be required so a creative mind with good communication skills is key.
- Must be able to interpret briefs creatively and execute without supervision.
Remuneration: NGN 800,000 monthly plus car
- Incentives Paid annually on targets met
