This pivotal role will drive Unicaf's growth strategy, partnerships, and overall presence in Nigeria. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow Unicaf's presence and student base in Nigeria.
- Build and maintain relationships with businesses, universities, government entities, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the marketing and promotional activities for Unicaf in Nigeria.
- Manage the operational, financial, and administrative functions of the Nigerian office.
- Lead a team of professionals and foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian educational landscape.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English
