Located on Lagos Island, our client is a boutique consulting firm with over 40 seasoned professionals with varied experiences in both the private and public sectors. The firm plays a leading role in providing management consulting services targeted at clients in key sectors of the economy (Power, Oil &Gas;, Financial Services and Manufacturing, etc), in Nigeria and the West Coast.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive extensive business development across the company’s target sectors
- Deploy online and direct marketing techniques for maximum success
- Carry out winning presentations to prospects to support business development at the Board and Management levels
- Achieve defined business volumes and executive sales
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline with a minimum of 2:1
- Human Resources or related background
- A second degree or professional qualification is a plus
- Minimum 8 years Learning & Development Experience.
- Curriculum Development experience
- Evidence of meeting and exceeding sales targets at Executive levels
- Excellent business writing and presentation skills
- Strong B2B Business Development skills
- Strong experience in the Financial Services, Technology, or Energy Sectors
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong networking ability
