Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and implement a commercial strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives: identify target markets (e.g., corporate clients, residential estates, events), define value proposition, and set revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, current clients, key stakeholders (property developers, facility managers, corporate procurement, event organisers).
- Lead the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, presentation of services, proposal development, Project negotiation, and closing deals.
- Work with operations and service delivery teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions, costing and margin analysis, and to design service Projects that are viable and profitable.
- Monitor Project performance, ensure commercial terms are honoured, and identify opportunities to upsell or renew services.
- Prepare and present commercial reports: pipeline status, forecasted revenues, win/loss analysis, and margin performance.
- Stay informed about the security services market in West Africa, competitor offerings, pricing trends, regulatory changes, client needs, and advise the company on strategic adjustments.
- Ensure Projects comply with company policy, legal/regulatory requirements, and risk management protocols.
- Mentor and guide junior business development or sales staff (if applicable) and collaborate across departments (marketing, operations, finance) to support commercial objectives.
