Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of our interior decoration business operations.
• Manage showroom operations, both online and offline.
• Supervise staff, both on-site and off-site.
• Conduct meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Delegate tasks and provide clear directions to staff.
• Monitor and oversee the general operations of the business.
• Utilize negotiation skills to facilitate beneficial business deals.
• Act as the spokesperson and figurehead for our interior decoration business.
• Work actively with customers to contribute to our sales efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Dedication to achieving sales goals and driving business success.
• Business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
