Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across HR, IT, Development & Construction, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Procurement.
- Drive inter-departmental coordination to meet organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Project Delivery:
- Lead project teams to ensure on-time, within-budget, high-quality project completions.
- Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and local authorities.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze and improve workflows and business processes.
- Lead ERP system (Salesforce) implementation to align with business objectives.
Team Development:
- Support recruitment efforts to build a high-performing team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
Financial Oversight:
- Collaborate with the CFO to align operations with financial targets.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance, ensuring corrective actions as needed.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control processes to ensure projects meet company standards.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain high-quality outcomes.
Stakeholder Management:
- Provide operational updates to shareholders and board members.
- Resolve challenges affecting operational performance or project delivery.
