- Project Management: Lead and oversee important projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments, ensuring synergy in our operations.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the CEO, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling confidential information.

- Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.

- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
