Job Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the financial health and sustainability of Boing Luxury Estate. The CFO will develop and implement financial strategies, risk management frameworks, and investment models to drive business growth and maximize profitability. The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance professional with deep expertise in real estate finance, investment analysis, capital management, and regulatory compliance.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies that support the company’s business objectives.
  • Provide financial guidance to the CEO and executive team to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Conduct financial forecasting, modeling, and budgeting to ensure long-term financial stability.
  • Establish and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.


Financial Operations & Reporting:

  • Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Ensure the timely preparation of accurate financial statements, tax filings, and audit reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and expense management to optimize liquidity.
  • Lead cost-reduction initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability.


Investment & Capital Management:

  • Develop and manage the company’s investment strategy, capital allocation, and fundraising efforts.
  • Evaluate real estate investment opportunities, assessing risks and returns.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Oversee financial due diligence on property acquisitions and sales.


Compliance, Risk Management & Corporate Governance:

  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
  • Lead risk management initiatives to protect the company’s financial assets.
  • Implement robust internal audit and control mechanisms to prevent fraud and financial mismanagement.


Leadership & Team Development:

  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and financial discipline.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional financial planning and execution.

Financial Performance:

  • Revenue Growth
  • EBITDA Margin Improvement
  • Cost Reduction and Expense Optimization
  • Net Profit Margin Improvement


Cash Flow & Liquidity Management:

  • Maintenance of Optimal Cash Flow Position
  • Reduction in Accounts Receivable Collection Period (Days Sales Outstanding)
  • Debt-to-Equity Ratio Management


Investment & Capital Management:

  • Successful Fundraising from Investors and Financial Institutions
  • Return on Investment (ROI) on Real Estate Projects
  • Capital Efficiency and Asset Utilization


Compliance & Governance:

  • Zero Non-Compliance Issues with Tax and Regulatory Authorities
  • Timely Submission of Financial Reports and Audits
  • Strong Internal Control Environment with No Major Audit Findings


Leadership & Team Performance:

  • High Employee Engagement and Retention in the Finance Team
  • Effective Collaboration with Other Departments on Financial Strategy
  • Implementation of Training Programs for Finance Staff


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration is a plus.
  • Professional Certifications (e.g., ACCA, CFA, CPA, ICAN) are highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in real estate, investment, or property development).
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, risk management, and corporate finance.
  • Strong expertise in capital raising, debt financing, and financial structuring.
  • Deep understanding of real estate finance, asset management, and investment strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
