Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and present high-quality dishes according to the menu.
  • Develop new recipes and seasonal menu offerings
  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
  • Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
  • Control food costs and minimize waste
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Stay current with culinary trends and techniques


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an SSCE certificate
  • 2-3 years of experience is required
