The Business Sales Officer handles the coordination of marketing activities of him/herself & team as well as identification and conversion of prospects, optimization of existing relationships, and maintaining service excellence.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Marketing of the various products and services.
- Build the client database comprising both individual and corporate clients.
- Create Business channels for the company
- Sell the Company's real estate and investment products.
- To source for clients/investors and help them in building real estate portfolios.
- Create a database for both local and foreign investors.
- Coordinate Sales Presentations.
- To manage business openings.
- Manage the company's existing customers.
- Build and Manage team.
- Manage affairs of clients through Telemarketing.
- Provide up to date reports on all sales and marketing activities
- Partake in the group market storming drives, meeting a substantial group/Association to create business for the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other business-related fields
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills and good knowledge of business centres.
- Relationship management, negotiation, and good presentation skills.
Remuneration: Basic NGN 80,000 with additional incentives
