Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all store departments.
  
• Supervise and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and meet performance targets.
  
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Manage inventory levels, procurement, and stock control.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  
• Track budgets, expenses, and profitability metrics.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  
• Prepare and present regular performance and financial reports to management.
  
• Handle customer feedback, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development activities.

• B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business operations, retail management, or a supervisory role.
  
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic business software tools.
  
• High level of integrity, organization, and attention to detail.
  
• Must reside within or around Surulere, Lagos.

• Remuneration: NGN 200,000 per month
