Simpletin Consulting Ltd is looking for a dedicated Business Administrator to provide their expertise to the Consultancy and help develop effective responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business with different clients. In this role, you will complete organizational and management tasks that support the productivity and growth.

Job Description/Requirements
- Answer phone calls, take messages and connect calls to the right team
- Follow up on clients’ business communications, ordering and billing and tracking the organization's expenditure.
- Invoice clients, collect company data and negotiating agreements with internal and external stakeholders
- Educating clients about company products and services and how to make a purchase.
- Support students with application process from start to finish.
- Communicate with clients through fax and emails and building positive relationships with them
- Co-ordinate employee travel arrangements
- Support marketing and promotions for a company’s products and services, collaborating with marketing, advertising and public relations teams.
- Able to work under pressure
