Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficiency of our business operation and the attainment of operational and strategic goals
- Ensure daily operational management of the agency, sales targets and development, staffing, and financial management.
- Monitor closely the overall performance of the company, and provide analysis and prompt solutions.
- Advice agency on measures, procedures, implementations, and necessary interventions
- Leading and overseeing the work of employees in the company to ensure everyone delivers expected results.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline
