Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer requirements and interpret business plans to achieve Business goals.
• Build a strong relationship with prospective clients for new opportunities
• Create Business Development Strategies to increase the company revenue and brand value monthly
• Research  the Agile and leadership development market trends to identify the customer demand for the proposed product and services
• Support the management in contract development, customer, negotiation, and product delivery
• Coordinate with management to review and improvise the relevant business development activities to deliver expected results
• Participate in seminars and professional meetings to represent the company.
• Ability to present contracts professionally and negotiate ideas.
• Willingness to Unlearn, learn, and re-learn on the job in order to experience massive growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of HND in any discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in a related role
• Entrepreneurial skills
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Ability to analyze problems and pay attention to details.
• Great analytical skills and problem-solving.

Remuneration: NGN 40,000 plus Huge Commission
