Job Summary

We seek to hire a proactive and result-driven Business Development Officer responsible for driving business growth across our service deliveries by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and developing and implementing business development strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying New Opportunities: Researching and identifying potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
  • Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Driving sales and revenue growth through new and existing client relationships.
  • Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Strategy Development: Developing and implementing business development strategies.
  • Networking: Building and leveraging professional networks to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Working with internal teams to achieve business objectives.


Requirements:

  • Years of Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry or sector is desirable
