Job Summary

We are looking to hire a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer (NYSC or Pre-NYSC) to join our team. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving growth for the company

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Internship & Graduate
  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching market trends, potential clients, and industry competitors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Create and implement strategies for market expansion and client acquisition.
  • Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential clients to secure new business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives.


Requirements:

  • A fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a related field.
  • A current NYSC member or yet to be posted (Pre-N YSC)
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Officer or similar role in sales or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work.
