The Business Development Officer will develop business strategies, manage customer support across our website and social media platforms, work closely with third-party sellers, oversee sales, and undertake various tasks necessary to drive our business forward.

Job Description/Requirements
- Business Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth, expand market reach, and increase profitability.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across our website and social media channels.
- Sales Management: Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
- Third-Party Seller Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with third-party sellers, distributors, and partners to enhance product distribution and sales.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback to guide decision-making.
- New Business Initiatives: Explore and initiate new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive growth and brand visibility.
- Task Management: Handle various tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the business.
- BSc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of the watch industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus.
