Job Summary

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in the growth and success of Micserah. The Business Development Officer will develop business strategies, manage customer support across our website and social media platforms, work closely with third-party sellers, oversee sales, and undertake various tasks necessary to drive our business forward.

Job Description/Requirements

Micserah is the first Nigerian watch brand known for its commitment to excellence and innovation in timepieces. We are dedicated to crafting elegant, high-quality watches that embody style, precision, and class. 

Responsibilities:
  • Business Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth, expand market reach, and increase profitability.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across our website and social media channels.
  • Sales Management: Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Third-Party Seller Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with third-party sellers, distributors, and partners to enhance product distribution and sales.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback to guide decision-making.
  • New Business Initiatives: Explore and initiate new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive growth and brand visibility.
  • Task Management: Handle various tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the business.

Requirements:
  • BSc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of the watch industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus.
