Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound outreach via cold emails, direct messaging (DM), and calls to generate qualified leads.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Discord, and Telegram for unconventional outreach and community engagement.
  • Use tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Sheets, Calendly, and MailerLite to support sales and outreach efforts.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and manage the lead pipeline efficiently.
  • Align closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to refine offers, pitches, and campaigns.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, including planning and executing a 3-month actionable outreach plan (for junior candidates).
  • Track and report on weekly outreach performance, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the sales funnel and improve response and closing rates.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • OR a highly motivated junior candidate with a practical 3-month sales action plan.
  • Proficiency with outreach and sales tools including Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Sheets, Calendly, and MailerLite.
  • Skilled in cold email and call outreach, as well as DM follow-ups.
  • Confident using alternative lead channels like LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Discord, and Telegram.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on reporting, performance analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and drive results.
