Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
- Identify and acquire new clients, including corporates, HMOs, hospitals, and private practices.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with clear milestones and revenue projections.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes: prospecting, proposal development, pitches, negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain high-value relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at C-Suite and senior levels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive risks, and new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery.
- Track performance KPIs and report revenue, pipeline status, and productivity metrics to leadership.
- Drive retention and account growth through continuous value delivery and upsell strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure all agreements meet compliance, regulatory, and contractual standards within the healthcare industry.
Requirements:
