Job Summary

We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. A Business Development Manager will be responsible for helping the organization obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. You will coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
  • Researching prospective accounts in target markets
  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
  • Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
  • Training business development staff
  • Attending conferences and industry events.


Requirements:

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint,and Excel)
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Ability to analyze problems and pay attention to details.
  • Great analytical skills and problem solving.
  • Leadership skills.
