Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Manage office budgets and expenses.
Human Resources Support:
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities.
Client Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
- Â Assist in scheduling client appointments and consultations.
- Â Maintain client databases and records.
Financial Administration:
- Assist in invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with accounting team for accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as required.
General Support:
- Provide administrative support to management and other team members as needed.
- Assist in coordinating company events and activities.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks to support overall business operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration or relevant administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Experience in the interior design industry is a plus.
