Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy:

  • Identify new business opportunities within target markets and industries.
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand the client base and increase revenue.
  • Establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers at potential client organizations.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Leverage networking events, industry conferences, and social media to expand the firm’s visibility and generate leads.


Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by closing new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are understood and addressed effectively.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients to enhance retention and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, performance, and recommendations.


Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest HR and business consulting methodologies and innovations.
  • Analyze competitors’ offerings and propose ways to differentiate the firm’s services.


Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and campaigns that resonate with target clients.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on sales performance, client acquisition, and pipeline status.
  • Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and service packages.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within consulting or professional services.
  • Proven track record of generating and closing business leads.
  • Strong understanding of HR consulting services, business operations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
