Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the oil and gas industry.
• Develop strategies to position the company's services as solutions to address client's needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their drilling requirements and challenges.
• Engage in regular communication to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and target potential clients who require solid control, drill waste management, environmental assessment services for their operations.
• Utilize networking, industry events, and online platforms to generate leads and expand the client base.
• Possess knowledge of company’s equipment, technologies, and processes used in drilling operations.
• Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions based on clients' specific drilling conditions and requirements.
• Develop proposals that clearly outline the benefits and value of the company's services.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, ensuring agreements align with their operational needs and the company's capabilities.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
• Identify potential growth areas and emerging trends within the solid control, drill waste
• management, environmental assessment segment of the oil and gas industry.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry standards, and technological advancements.
• Track sales performance, monitor market trends, and generate regular reports to provide insights to management.
• Contribute to sales forecasting and budgeting activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a BSc degree in a related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience
• Candidate should possess capabilities in identifying opportunities, building client relationships and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions for clients' drilling operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
