Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Achieving sales targets set and agreed upon.
• Developing marketing and sales strategies to target high-net-worth individuals.
• Developing new business opportunities.
• Developing an affiliate partnership programme.
• Using digital marketing skills to develop and promote the brand‘s online presence.
• Conceiving creative ideas to market the business.
• Developing relationships with various stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining brand values and integrity.
• Liaising and communicating effectively with team members

Requirements:

• Academic qualification of a university degree (BSc) in a related discipline with an international exposure
• Proven experience in developing vertical business relationships.
• Experience in working to and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience working with international brands within the service sector is essential and within the medical aesthetic sector would be ideal.
• Dynamic self-starter is capable of independently generating business development ideas.
• Drive to implement agreed marketing plans.
• Confidence and ability to relate to high net-worth individuals.
• Articulate and an excellent communicator.
• Impeccable social media marketing skills.

Location: Ghana

• Nigerian applicants are strongly preferred for this role and must be willing and ready to relocate
