Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate business deals and contracts with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to align business goals.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote the company.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
  • Maintain a detailed and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, projections, and market insights.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably within the geospatial or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for tracking and managing sales activities.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with lead-generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) is a plus.
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
