Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate business deals and contracts with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to align business goals.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote the company.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
- Maintain a detailed and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, projections, and market insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably within the geospatial or technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software for tracking and managing sales activities.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with lead-generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) is a plus.
- Ability to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
