Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the audience, target market, customers and lead effective campaigns.
- Creating development plans and forecasting growth projections.
- Identifying market opportunities through physical meets, networking and other channels.
- Participating in physical meetings, attending events, exhibitions and conferences to promote the company’s product.
- Providing and producing daily reports for management.
- Keeping up with industry trends and competitors.
- Management of resources: Mindful management of the daily financial resources that are deployed to promote growth.
- Adapting to new methods, tools & platforms to promote effectiveness.
- Promoting customer experience by providing feedback and suggestions to the company.
Requirements:
- B.Sc or HND in any of the Social Sciences
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Business Development or Sales
- Former female bank staff with proven B2B experience preferred
- Maximum age: 30 years

Compensation & Benefits:
- Accommodation Assistance: NGN 300,000 yearly
- Medical Allowance: NGN 50,000 yearly
- Daily Allowance: NGN 3,000 – 10,000
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 monthly
