The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies to meet company-wide revenue & profit targets. He/ She manages all business-related activities in line with contract and business execution schedule.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the company’s growth objectives are attained; articulating new business development opportunities and identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with technical partners in line with corporate goals.
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive tactical business development plan to accomplish the organization’s business goal.
- Drive new business growth and build critical mass within agreed timeframes in target regions.
- Manage and drive portfolio for profitability and growth.
- Identify and create coordinated business development opportunities.
- Attain business development targets, goals, and performance levels. Comply with business rules and conditions.
- Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to penetrate the oil and gas sector. This includes the preparation of presentations and tenders.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities and feasibility reports supporting growth based on intelligence.
- Lead the formulation, execution, and monitoring of the company’s business development, market penetration strategies, and plans for enhancing business growth.
- Assist in the preparation of bids/proposals.
- Resolves contractual and commercial problems.
- Any other assigned responsibilities as the organization’s need demands.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 7 years of working experience
