Job Summary

The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships, overseeing client acquisition strategies, and expanding market share. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to travel for client meetings and site inspections.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a strong network of clients, partners, and corporate leads.
  • Lead and supervise junior business development officers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and presentations.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and achievements.
  • Drive the company’s brand positioning in the Ajah and surrounding markets.
  • Attend property inspections, meetings, and client engagements (driving when necessary).


Requirements:

  • 4–5 years’ proven experience in business development, preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Goal-driven with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive confidently.
  • Good knowledge of the Ajah and Lekki real estate markets is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Energetic, dynamic, and resilient personality.
  • Highly organized, professional appearance, and results-oriented mindset


Location: Ajah, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 + Commissions
