Job Summary

Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure the team's success. This role will be instrumental in achieving our company's sales targets and objectives.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company's revenue goals.
  • Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competition to identify new opportunities.
  • Set sales targets and provide clear direction to the sales team.
  • Train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, setting performance goals, and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated sales culture within the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals.
  • Resolve escalated client issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Use data and insights to make informed decisions regarding pricing, product offerings, and market positioning.
  • Streamline and optimize the sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement sales automation tools and technology to improve sales operations.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, including sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
  • Utilize data to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve sales strategies.
  • Manage the sales budget and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor and control sales-related expenditures.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 4 years and above in real estate sales, with a track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of local real estate markets and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
