- Implement sales automation tools and technology to improve sales operations.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, including sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
- Utilize data to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve sales strategies.
- Manage the sales budget and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and control sales-related expenditures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 4 years and above in real estate sales, with a track record of success in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of local real estate markets and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong
organizational and time-management skills.
