The client is an emerging Real Estate & Construction company, headquartered in Lagos, with a core focus on property development, marketing and sales. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy for the organization.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Chief Executive Officer
- Driving business growth within the organization by boosting sales
- Researching new market opportunities and customer needs
- Developing a database of current and prospective customers
- Developing product pricing strategies and negotiating client pricing
- Generating and converting new sales leads,
- Forecasting sales revenue in line with projected income
- Overseeing and driving, creative, digital media & marketing teams
- Developing subordinates into valuable salespeople
- Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
Requirements:
- BSC or HND in business development, business management, economics or accountancy or similar will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive or similar executive role
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft, Google Docs & CRM Software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Ability to build rapport
- A general understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools will be key
Renumeration:
- NGN 300,000 -500,000 per month
- Commission on sales
