Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities for engagement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify Prospects: Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and collaborators through targeted research, networking, and outreach.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs and aligned with company capabilities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development, with a significant portion of that time focused on the event industry.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Strong network and relationships within the event industry, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and execute effective strategies.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
