Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, tech/social media savvy Business Development Manager to join our sales team! As our BDM, your primary responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a solid and sustainable sales strategy. Your main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into paid users.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive tactical business development plan to accomplish the organization’s business goal.
- Be familiar with and/or willing to learn about the registration requirements of the major oil and gas companies in Nigeria.
- Be familiar with registrations and documentation of DPR, NAPIMS, etc
- Identify prospects and develop strategies to penetrate and get new clients.
- Lead the formulation, execution, and monitoring of the company’s business development, market penetration strategies, and plans for enhancing business growth.
- Ensuring the company’s growth objectives are attained; articulating new business development opportunities and identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with technical partners in line with corporate goals
- Assist in the preparation of bids/proposals.
- Develop marketing strategies for registrations with IOCs.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in Business related to the oil and gas industry.
- Must be hardworking, committed, and very knowledgeable.
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently under supervision.
- Must have experience in closing bids and engaging high-network individuals in the oil and gas sector.
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be tech-savvy and familiar with Microsoft applications.
- Ability to analyze sales figures and write reports.
- Candidate should possess project management skills.
