We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients in Nigeria. You will work closely with the marketing department to improve Unicaf’s market position and to maximise revenues.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including potential clients and partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Create and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients
- Identify Sale Leads, negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress towards targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing or a related field within the region
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Rich network and connections specially within the Education sector.
- Active on several social media platform to reach wider audience
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
