Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Event & Outreach Management:
- Organise and coordinate community health outreaches, company health fairs, and corporate health talks.
- Assist in managing the logistics for our Ambulance Service.
Partnership & Network Growth:
- Actively engage and maintain relationships with corporate partners, focusing on companies within the Landmark ecosystem and its vicinity.
- Grow and nurture our clinical referral network with other clinics on the Island, with a special emphasis on our endoscopy services.
Patient Experience:
- Champion our commitment to patient care by collecting feedback from patients about their experience and suggestions for improvement.
Marketing & Administrative Support:
- Support our digital marketing efforts by capturing and providing picture and video content from events and clinic activities to the Digital Marketing Intern.
- Manage schedules and timelines for all marketing events and campaigns.
- Attend health-based events to represent the clinic.
Reporting & Database Management:
- Maintain a detailed database of all contacts, including community partners, corporate clients, and event attendees.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes for internal review.
Requirements:
- A current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Public Health, Communications, or a related field.
- An exceptional communicator: You are professional, confident, and outgoing, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised: You have a talent for managing multiple projects, schedules, and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive self-starter: You are comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and operating both in the clinic and out in the field.
- A natural networker: You enjoy meeting new people and building lasting relationships.
- Experience in a customer-facing, events, or sales role is a plus.
