Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partners, and market segments for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead contract negotiations, partnership agreements, and onboarding processes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align growth initiatives with brand objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree in business, marketing, sales, or other related fields
- Proven knowledge and experience in user acquisition
- Evidence of implementing and managing a variety of growth channels
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Experience in performance marketing and driving growth
- Previous experience in a startup is a plus
- Capacity to identify growth opportunities, define clear objectives, and develop comprehensive strategies to achieve them.
