Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partners, and market segments for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead contract negotiations, partnership agreements, and onboarding processes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align growth initiatives with brand objectives.


Requirements:

  • Degree in business, marketing, sales, or other related fields
  • Proven knowledge and experience in user acquisition
  • Evidence of implementing and managing a variety of growth channels
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Experience in performance marketing and driving growth
  • Previous experience in a startup is a plus
  • Capacity to identify growth opportunities, define clear objectives, and develop comprehensive strategies to achieve them.
