As a Business Development Executive, you will drive the company’s property sales efforts, network actively, and ensure the seamless acquisition of new clients. You must be passionate about real estate, highly persuasive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and business development initiatives.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and follow up on leads.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.
- Attend inspections, meetings, and client visits (ability to drive preferred).
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, persuasive, and goal-driven personality.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
- Good knowledge of Ajah, Lekki, and surrounding markets is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Highly motivated and target-oriented.
- Well-organized with strong follow-up skills.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
- Preferably female
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly + Commissions
