Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.
- Expand distribution networks across regions.
- Manage customer relationships and key accounts.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning.
- Develop partnerships with processors, distributors, and retailers.
- Represent Dabosta at trade fairs, exhibitions, and investment forums.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Marketing, Agribusiness, or related fields.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in agribusiness/FMCG marketing.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
