Business Development Executive

Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is seeking to recruit a renowned business development executive for her client to join a team of HR service providers using both local and global best practices to deliver quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new sales leads to grow clientele base according to targets set.
• Pitch products and services to businesses, new projects, and existing customers.
• Support the organization by establishing recruiting, and candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes for outsourcing staff.
• Researching and connecting with prospective clients and crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Develop new marketing strategies for training and consultancy and oversee execution.
• Engage in superior customer service by making information readily available 
• Research the training and consulting needs of clients and make presentations when necessary.
• Responsible for digital marketing and online content.
• Issue out invoices to clients for service payment
• Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events on behalf of the company.
• Prepare applicable reports as per the agreed schedule.
• Provide assistance and advice on all relevant and related issues.
• Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the  time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
  

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a bachelor's degree in any related place
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Good team player.

Location: Lagos (Obanikoro)

Remuneration: NGN120,000 - 150,000 monthly
