Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Presenting our company to potential clients
  • Report to the head sales on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market


Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years of relevant sales experience in Real Estate
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Remarkable writing skills
  • Ability to perform Feasibility study and Comparative market analysis
