We are looking to hire a suitable candidate for Unrheyi Enterprises. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential target segments, competitors, and key industry trends.
  • Develop and implement a robust business strategy to achieve company objectives and maximize market penetration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to expand our customer base.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor industry developments and emerging market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Analyze sales data, market feedback, and customer insights to continuously improve product offerings and customer experience.


Requirements:
  • This position is preferably open to female candidate 
  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree, HND, or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record and successful business development experience in the power tools and cutting tools industry or a related sector.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing large deals and partnerships.
  • Leadership Abilities: Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian market, industry trends, and key players.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactivity: Proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Fast-paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
