Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support the business development team in identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up to close deals.
- Support in developing business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, attending events, and other methods.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer success) to ensure alignment in strategy and execution.
- Work closely with the finance and legal teams to finalize contracts, terms of agreements, and pricing.
- Regularly review sales pipeline and follow up on business leads to ensure high conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in business development sales or related roles preferably in the tech or IT sector
- Experience in building and nurturing client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets
- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them
- Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
