Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Market Positioning: Build and enhance the firm's visibility and market position by identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Client Engagement: Develop and manage high-level relationships with clients, including C-suite executives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and lead the firm's go-to-market strategy and pipeline development, focusing on legal services and solutions.
- Deal Management: Manage the full client engagement cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring successful outcomes
- Market Research: Identify industry trends and opportunities by researching events, publications, and announcements
- Contract Negotiation: Develop and negotiate contracts, integrating requirements with business operations.

Requirements:
