Business Analyst Intern

Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling investment materials including one-pagers, teasers, and comprehensive investor pitch decks tailored to various stages of fundraising (Seed, Series A/B, etc.).
  
• Collaborate with leadership, product, and finance teams to extract key data and narratives that align with investor interests and strategic goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to support positioning and messaging in presentations.
• Build financial models, forecasts, and performance visuals to highlight growth potential and ROI.
• Translate complex data into clear, concise visual presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and/or graphic tools like Canva or Figma.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all documents.
• Assist with investor outreach materials, FAQs, and data room preparation as needed.
• Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to keep investor materials up-to-date and competitive.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a business analyst, investment banking, venture capital, consulting, or startup strategy role.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing investor-facing documents (pitch decks, teasers, IMs).
• Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and visual.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Understanding of startup fundraising cycles and investor expectations.
