Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all operations of the branch
- Work to grow business and customer acquisition to improve productivity and sales performance
- Focus on customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Prepare daily reports and stock taking.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of BSC/HND degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 3yrs supermarket Experience
- Proven experience and knowledge of retail management best practices (Supermarket)
- Marketing awareness to achieve the financial targets
- Excellent time management and creative problem-solving skills
- SOP oriented
- Good leadership qualities
- Communication skills as well as proficient knowledge in Business Administration, Marketing and Customer Relation to manage a branch of our business.
Location: Apapa
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250, 000 (depends on Experience)
