Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation of the company’s business strategy at the regional level, ensuring the growth of the organization’s market share and premium income within the mandate of the corporate marketing department.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of B.Sc./HND in insurance, economics, accounting, business administration, and other social sciences and humanities courses.
- Professional qualifications; ACII, ACIIN, and any other professional Insurance qualifications recognized in Nigeria
- MBA added advantage
- 7 - 10 years’ experience and with 3 years in an insurance company
- Understanding of the private sector and public sector in the Insurance market.
- A good track record in managing and overseeing marketing teams in complex and diverse operations.
- Advanced strategic thinking, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and capacity to foster a cooperative work environment and work effectively with all levels of staff and key stakeholders.
