Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for bid submissions,
- Develop bid-winning strategies,
- Conduct research, write and edit proposals in a timeous manner,
- Negotiate with stakeholders, and ensure we win the bids
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or another relevant discipline.
- Must be able proficient in AUTOCAD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT MSWORD
- Experience as a bid writer is advantageous.
- Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deadline-driven and committed to excellence.
- Sound understanding of the facility management industry and the built-up environment
